Chopped fresh mint   1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper   1/4 tbsp
 

Method:

  • Boil peas until tender and transfer them peas to a large bowl and add the olive oil, mint, salt and pepper. Toss to mix and coat. Serve immediately.
