Ingredients:

Vegetable broth   2 cup
Mixed boiled vegetables   2 cups
Onion, chopped   1
Cardamoms   2
Cloves   2
Small sticks cinnamon   2
Green chillies, chopped   2
Corn flour   1 tsp
Oil   1 tbsp
Salt to taste
 

Method:

  • Take carrots, potatoes, French beans, and cauliflower. Take coconut milk, add the corn flour and mix well. Heat the oil on a tava and fry the onion for 1 minute. Add the cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon and fry again for a few seconds. Add the green chillies and salt and fry again for a while.
  • Add the coconut milk and vegetables, cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
