| Broccoli florets |

| Carrot, sliced |
|
1 medium size |
| Red bell pepper, sliced |
|
1/2 large |
| Water |
|
2 tbsp |
| Cornstarch |
|
1 tsp |
| Sugar |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Unsweetened pineapple juice |
|
2 tbsp |
| Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
|
1/2 tbsp |
| Rice vinegar |
|
1/2 tbsp |
| Dark sesame oil |
|
1/2 tsp |

Method: |
- Combine broccoli, carrots and bell pepper in large nonstick pan. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and steam for 4 minutes. Drain vegetables
- Meanwhile, combine cornstarch, sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and vinegar in small bowl and blend until smooth.
- Stir soy sauce mixture and add to the pan. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
- Return vegetables to the pan and toss with sauce. Add oil and toss well.
