Potato cubed   1
Turnip cubed   1
Carrot sliced   1/3 cup
Green pepper   1/4 cup
Red bell peppers   1/4 cup
Mushroom   30 g
Onion powder   1/4 tsp
Garlic powder   1/4 tsp
1/4 teaspoon thyme
 

Method:

  • Place vegetables in a single layer in a roasting pan.
  • Spray with non-stick olive oil spray. Sprinkle with spices.
  • Roast at 350 until done, about 30 minutes, turning once.
