Ingredients:

Palak   1 medium stalk
Rice   1 ½ cups
Jeera   1 ½ tsp
Ginger   1 inch
Oil   1 tbsp
Spring onions   ½ stalk
Green chillies   2
Water   3 cups
Salt to taste  
 

Method:

  • Put oil in a pan
  • Add jeera and chopped ginger
  • Then add chopped spring onions
  • Add soaked rice
  • Then add chopped onion stalks and add water
  • Then add chopped palak
  • Bring it to boil till the rice is cooked
  • Serve hot
