Method: |
- Wash carrots and grate.
- Soak moong dal in water for 1 hr.
- Grind moong dal coarsely in mixer.
- Mix moong dal and carrots. Make seasoning and add to the mixture.
- Add lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
