Ingredients:

Fresh carrots   100gms
Moong dal   30 gm
Coriander leaves   5-6 stems
Oil   for seasoning
Mustard   1/2 tsp
Turmeric   1/2 tsp
Lemon juice   1 tsp
 

Method:

  • Wash carrots and grate.
  • Soak moong dal in water for 1 hr.
  • Grind moong dal coarsely in mixer.
  • Mix moong dal and carrots. Make seasoning and add to the mixture.
  • Add lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
