Ingredients:

cucumber   1 cup, diced in small cubes
onion   1 cup, thinly sliced
natural yoghurt   1 1/2 cup
Garlic Pickle   3 tbs
fresh mint   1 1/2 tbs
fresh mint   1/4 tspn
1 green chili   finely chopped
salt to taste   1/4 tspn
black pepper   freshly ground
 

Method:

  • In a bowl mix the yoghurt and garlic pickle until well combined.
  • Add the cucumber, onion, mint, chillies and mix well.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle a pinch of garam masala over raita.
