Ingredients:

Egg   2
Bread slice   2
Butter   10 g
Processed cheese   20 g
Salt and black pepper   to taste
 

Method:

  • Pre heat the oven to 350 degree F.
  • Butter the slice and sprinkle half of the grated cheese over it.
  • Break the egg, separate yolk from the white and beat egg white with egg, separate yolk from the white and beat egg white with egg neater till stiff.
  • Pile the egg white on the bread slice.
  • Drop the egg yolk in the centre of the egg white.
  • Sprinkle rest of the grated cheese over egg white.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and bake in a moderately hot over till egg white is baked and light brown in colour.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot.
