Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Bengal gram   3 tsp
Boiled potato   1 small
Onion   1 medium
Tomato   1 medium
Coriander   4-5 stems
Lemon juice   1 tsp
Pomegranate   1 tbsp
Salt and chat masala for taste  


  • Soak Bengal gram for 2-3 hrs. Then steam it for 5 mins. It should be soft enough but not very soggy in texture.
  • Fine chop onion, tomato and corianderii. Fine chop onion, tomato and coriander
  • Cut boiled potato in pieces
  • Mix all the ingredients and add lemon juice and chat masala
  • For taste mint chutney can be added
