| Cracked wheat |

50 g |
| Milk |
|
500 ml |
| Water |
|
1 cup |
| Sugar |
|
4 tsp (or to taste) |
| Fat |

5 g (optional) |

Method: |
- Heat the fat in a pan and roast the cracked wheat to light brown colour. Alternately it may be dry roasted in the pan.
- Add water and cook on slow fire, stirring occasionally till done and of thick consistency.
- Add milk, sugar and bring to boil. Serve hot.
