| Refined flour |

| Castor sugar |
|

| Ginger powder |

Method: |
- Sieve flour and baking powder. Add ginger powder.
- Cream butter and sugar, add slightly beaten egg and mix well.
- Add sifted flour to the above mixture all at once and knead gently with finger tips to form a smooth dough.
- Cover and keep the dough in the refrigerator and cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough in 5-6 balls and press them. Put criss-cross marks.
- Bake on a greased tray for 15-20 minutes at 3500 F till done.
- Serve.
