| Refined flour (Maida) |

| Green cardamom |

Method: |
- Drop the almonds in hot water for a few minutes. Takes out the skin and chop them very finely.
- Chop the pistachios.
- Powder the cardamoms and nutmeg together. Warm the saffron and dissolve in one teaspoon of milk.
- Cream the ghee and sugar very well.
- Add well sieved flour and makes a dough without adding any liquid.
- Add saffron, cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix very well.
- Roll out the dough using a little flour.
- Sprinkle a few nuts and give a light final roll.
- Cut in to desired shapes using biscuits cutter.
- Grease a baking tray, arrange the biscuits over it and bake in a moderately hot oven at 3500 F for 15 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
