Ingredients: |
| Refined flour |
|
40 g |
| Ghee |
|
15 g |
| Sugar |
|
5 g |
| Salt |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Curds |
|
1 tsp |
| Baking powder |
|
a pinch |
| Ginger |
|
5 g (Chopped) |
| Coriander leaves |
|
a few (chopped) |
| Curry leaves |
|
a few (chopped) |
| Chilled water |
|
to make dough |

Method: |
- Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Rub the ghee in to flour.
- Add sugar, salt and chopped spices and mix well.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add chilled water and make the dough.
- Roll in to 1/4" thickness and prick it. Cut with biscuits cutter.
- Bake on a greased tray at 3500 F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve.
