| Mint chutney in curd |

Method: |
- Grind green chilly and coriander leaves to fine paste add seasoning, vinegar and ginger juice to prepare the marinade.
- Cut the paneer in to thick cubes.
- Apply marinade to paneer pieces for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Cut capsicum and tomato in to quarters and peel small whole onion.
- In a non-stick pan add it oil and cook marinated paneer for few minutes till half cooked.
- Arrange paneer, tomato, capsicum and on skewers
