| Refined flour (Maida) |

| Castor sugar |
|
20 g |
| Butter |
|
20 g |
| Peanuts |

20 g |
| Baking powder |

1/4 tsp |
| Milk |

to make the dough(approx.1 tsp) |
| Egg |

Method: |
- Roast the peanuts, remove the skin and grid them coarsely.
- Sieve flour and baking powder together.
- Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg.
- Add the flour and peanuts to the above mixture and make the dough using a little milk if required.
- Roll out the dough on a floured board into 1/4" thickness.
- Cut into biscuits with a cutter and prick each biscuits with a fork.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven (350 0 F) for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack. Serve.
