Ingredients: |
| Peanuts |
|
50 g |
| Jaggery (Gur) |
|
100 g |
| Fat |

1/2 tsp |
| Water |
|
2 tbsp |

Method: |
- Roast the peanuts, remove the red skin snd grind them coarsely.
- Crush jaggery and cook with water till a hard ball stage is reached (test in water).
- Add little ghee and peanuts. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture on to a greased surface and roll to 1/4" thickness.
- While still hot, put cut marks with knife.
- When cool, break in to pieces along the cut marks.
