Method: |
- Boil, peel and cut potatoes in to small pieces.
- Dice carrots and shell peas. Steam these vegetables till tender.
- Wash chirwa in a strainer. Allow it to drain.
- Chop onion and green chillies.
- Heat fat in a pan. Fry peanuts, remove and keep aside.
- Add mustard seeds to the hot fat. When they start cracking, add chopped onion and fry a little.
- Add hing, curry leaves and seasoning. Mix well.
- Add potatoes, steamed vegetables, peanuts and chirwas. Mix in green chillies.
- Cook on slow fire for 2-3 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and serve.
