Ingredients:

Rice flour   3 tsp
Chopped onion   1 small
Chopped coriander   4-5 stems
Chopped mushrooms   5-6 nos or 100 gm
Garlic   3-5 pods
garlic powder and onion powder   1/8 tsp
Sal for taste  
Oil   2 tsp
 

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients and add water to make batter.
  • Batter should not be very thin or very thick. It must be of pouring consistency.
  • Heat None stick pan and apply oil.
  • Pour the batter on pan in small pan cake shape.
  • Cover it for first 3 mins then remove the cover and turn it.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
