Ingredients: |
| Rice flour |
|
3 tsp |
| Chopped onion |
|

| Chopped coriander |
|
4-5 stems |
| Chopped mushrooms |
|
5-6 nos or 100 gm |
| Garlic |
|
3-5 pods |
| garlic powder and onion powder |
|
1/8 tsp |
| Sal for taste |

| Oil |

Method: |
- Mix all the ingredients and add water to make batter.
- Batter should not be very thin or very thick. It must be of pouring consistency.
- Heat None stick pan and apply oil.
- Pour the batter on pan in small pan cake shape.
- Cover it for first 3 mins then remove the cover and turn it.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
