| Potatoes |

| Sago |
|
60 g |
| Peanuts |
|
40 g |
| Green chili |
|
1(chopped) |
| Corianer leaves |
|

| Salt |

1/2 tsp |
| Red Chilly powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Amchur and Garam Masala |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Fat |

Method: |
- Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
- Wash and soak the sago for 5-7 minutes in water.
- Roast the peanuts, remove skin and grind coarsely.
- Wash and chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Squeeze out water from soaked sago. Mix soaked sago, roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and amchur with potato mixture.
- Divide the whole mixture in to 2 balls and shape them in to cutlets.
- Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
