Ingredients:

Egg   2
Milk   2 tbsp
Butter   2 tsp
Salt and black pepper   to taste
 

Method:

  • Beat the egg lightly, add milk and seasonings and mix well.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan, pour beaten egg and cook with slight stirring till it starts setting.
  • Serve hot on a hot buttered toast.
