Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Eggs   4
Milk   2 tbsp
Butter/fat   4 tbsp
Salt and black pepper   to taste
For stuffing:
Chopped Onion and tomato   25 g
Chopped Tomato   25 g
Grated cheese   25 g
Ham 1 slice
Mushroom   quarter 25 g mushroom and saute' them in 1 tsp butter till soft


  • Separate the egg white from the yolk.
  • Beat the egg whites with an egg beaten till stiff.
  • Add yolk, milk and seasoning and beat well.
  • Heat butter/fat in a frying pan, pour the beaten egg in the pan and let it set around the sides.
  • Spread the stuffing over omelette.
  • When one side is set, fold and cook till well browned on all sides.
  • Serve hot with buttered toast.
