Method: |
- Boil, peel cut potayoes in to small pieces.
- Dice carrots and shell peas. Steam these vegetable till tender.
- Chop onion and green chillies
- Roast suji in a pan. Remove and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they crakle,ad curry leaves.
- Then add urad and chana dal and peanuts and fry to golden brown colour.
- Add chopped onion, fry a little and add seasoning.
- Now add steamed vegetables and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add suji with constant stiring and cook till the mass is dry.
- Serve sprinkle of lemon juice.
