Method: |
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
- Grind ginger, green chilly and coriander leaves to a paste.
- Dip bread in water and then squeeze out the water.
- Add the paste, crumbled paneer, seasoning and squeeze bread slice to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and flatten them. Put each portion on a skewer and using moistened hand, fold the mixture till it encircles the skewer to a length of 4". Remove from the skewer.
- Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve.
