Ingredients:

Cucumber   100g
Onion   30 g
Garlic   1/2 clove (crushed)
Fresh mint   1 sprig
Water   100 ml
Thick curd   125 g (beaten)
 
For garnishing
 
Grated cheese   15 g
Mint leaves   4-5
 

Method:

  • Peel all the vegetables and puree them in a blender using water.
  • Mix with beaten curd.
  • Add seasoning and garnish with grated cheese and 1-2 mint leaves.
  • Serve Chilled.
