Cucumber   100g
Beetroot   50g
Apple   1 small
Carrot   200g
Salt   2 pinches
Honey   1/2 tsp


  • Remove seeds and centre core from apple.
  • Scrape and cut beetroot into big pieces.
  • Wash and cut carrot and cucumber into convenient sized pieces according to the juicer used.
  • Put apple first into the juice extractor followed by all the other vegetables.
  • Mix salt, honey to the juice and serve immediately with crushed ice on top.
