Ingredients:

Cucumber   250g
Ashgourd   125g
Cabbage   100g
Spinach   7 leaves
Coriander leaves   hand full
Salt   2 pinches
White pepper powder   as required
Lemon juice   few drops
 

Method:

  • Bunch up all the leaves together, push into the extractor followed by other vegetables.
  • Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the extract and mix well.
  • Pour in a tall glass, add little grated pumpkin and crushed ice on top and serve immediately.
