Ingredients:

Tea bag   1
Water (for tea)   1/2 Cup
Orange Juice   1/2 Cup
Pineapple juice   1/2 Cup
Lemon juice   1 tsp
Ginger   10 g
Sugar   4 tbsp
Soda   1/4 bottle (Optional)
Crushed ice   6 cubes
Lemon slice   2 circular
Mint   a sprig
 

Method:

  • Boil 1/2 cup water. Remove and dip tea bag 4-5 times to get the tea extract
  • Stir in sugar and chill.
  • For ginger extract, crush 10g ginger and boil with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes or till it is reduced to about 1/2 cup. Strain and cool.
  • Mix ginger extract with the juice mixture and cold tea extract.
  • Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice. Use a mint sprig and lemon slice for garnishing. (Soda may be added to give a sharp taste just before serving
