| Tea bag |

1/2 Cup |
| Orange Juice |

1/2 Cup |
| Pineapple juice |

1/2 Cup |
| Lemon juice |

| Ginger |

| Sugar |

| Soda |

1/4 bottle (Optional) |
| Crushed ice |

Method: |
- Boil 1/2 cup water. Remove and dip tea bag 4-5 times to get the tea extract
- Stir in sugar and chill.
- For ginger extract, crush 10g ginger and boil with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes or till it is reduced to about 1/2 cup. Strain and cool.
- Mix ginger extract with the juice mixture and cold tea extract.
- Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice. Use a mint sprig and lemon slice for garnishing. (Soda may be added to give a sharp taste just before serving
