Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Mango (ripe, cubed)   1 cup
Papaya (cubed)   1 cup
Skimmed milk   1 cup
Sugar to taste    
Honey   1 tsp
Assorted nuts (cut finely)   2 tsp
Cardamom powder   a pinch


  • Boil the skimmed milk, add required sugar and cardamom powder
  • Add the cut fruits in a glass vessel
  • Add the milk and the assorted nuts
  • Top with a dash of honey
  • Serve chilled
