Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Yellow pumpkin   400g
Ashgourd   100g
Spinach   12 leaves
Celery   2 stalks with few leaves
Salt   2 pinches
Palm sugar   1 tsp
Honey   1/2 tsp


  • Wash and remove outer skin from pumpkin, ashgourd and cut into big pieces.
  • Cut celery stalks into 3 inch pieces.
  • Bunch up spinach, celery and push through the extractor followed by vegetable pieces.
  • To th extract mix salt, honey and palm sugar.
  • A pinch of cardamom powder can be added for taste.
  • Pour in a glass and serve immediately with crushed ice on top.
