Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Ashgourd   200g
Apple   150g
Beetroot   50g
Ginger   1/2inch piece (skin removed)
Mint   few leaves
Salt   a pinch
Palm sugar   2 tsp (as required)


  • Wash all the vegetables properly.
  • Remove the skin from ashgourd and beetroot.
  • Cut into convenient sized pieces.
  • Remove seeds and centre core from apple.
  • Put ginger and beetroot first into the extractor followed by other vegetables.
  • Mix salt, palm sugar to the juice and serve with crushed ice on top.
