Spinach leaves, washed, chopped |

Small Onion chopped |

Garlic clove |

Olive oil |

Method: |
- Heat oil and add garlic and onion. When soft, add half of the water and bring to a boil.
- Add spinach leaves and boil until they become soft. Take off the heat immediately, cool and liquidize.
- Add seasoning and the rest of the water. Heat until thick.
