Ingredients:

Tomatoes   150g
Carrots   80g
Beet root   25g
Spinach   hand full
Lettuce   2 leaves
Celery   2 stalks
Parsley   2 leaves
Water cress   10 leaves
Salt   1/4 tsp
Lemon juice   few drops
White pepper powder   2 pinches
 

Method:

  • Wash, chop vegetables alone into big pieces. Do not chop greens.
  • Bunch up all the leaves together and put it in the extractor followed by vegetables.
  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice to the extract and mix well.
  • Serve with crushed ice on top.
