Tomatoes   120g
Carrots   80g
Cucumber   120g
Mint   few leaves
Salt   2 pinches
Powdered palm sugar   2tsp
Honey   1/2 tsp


  • Wash all the vegetables properly and then cut.
  • Check for the bitterness from cucumber and then cut into convenient sized pieces.
  • First put mint in the extractor goblet followed by other vegetables.
  • After extracting the juice add salt, palm sugar, honey and mix well.
  • Serve in tall glass garnished with little chopped mint and top with crushed ice.
