Tomatoes   250g
Carrots   100g
Beetroots   50g
Mint leaves   1 sprig
Coriander leaves   1 sprig
Salt   1/2 tsp
Black salt   1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder   1/4 tsp
Roasted jeera powder   1/2 tsp


  • Clean and wash all the vegetables. Take out the juice of tomatoes, carrots, beetroots, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Pour the juice into a glass. Garnish with black pepper powder, lemon rind, black salt and roasted jeera powder.
