Ingredients:

Carrots   2 medium
Onion   2 medium
French beans   10
Cabbage   50 g
Shelled green peas   1 cup
Coriander leaves
Vegetable stock   3 cups
Skimmed milk   150 ml
Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  • Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and mix with peas. Add stock and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  • Strain out 1 cup of cooked vegetables and blend in a mixer. Return it to the soup in the pressure cooker.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
