Ashgourd   200g
Lemon juice   1 tsp
Salt   3 pinches
Pepper powder   as desired
Kala namak   2 pinches
Roasted jeera powder   a pinch
 

Method:

  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables to convenient sized pieces.
  • Push one by one through the extractor.
  • Mix all the powders and lemon juice to the extract.
  • Serve with little grated cucumber and crushed ice on top.
