Method: |
- Dice French beans. Steam or pressure cook French beans and moth beans.
- Make vaghar using oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder.
- Add steamed moth beans and French beans.
- Add garam masala, salt and roasted flaxseed powder. Cook till done. Serve hot.
