Ingredients:

Roasted flaxseed powder   15 gms.
French beans   100 gms.
Sprouted moth beans   50 gms
Oil   05 gms.
Mustard seeds   Few
Turmeric powder   a pinch
Garam masala   a pinch
Asafoetida   a pinch
Salt to taste  
 

Method:

  • Dice French beans. Steam or pressure cook French beans and moth beans.
  • Make vaghar using oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder.
  • Add steamed moth beans and French beans.
  • Add garam masala, salt and roasted flaxseed powder. Cook till done. Serve hot.
