Portions per serving: 1 for chapati, 2 for phulka |

Method: |
- Mix whole-wheat flour and roasted flaxseed powder, make the dough.
- Knead the dough and portion out into 2 equal sized balls.
- Roll the chapattis or phulkas and use oil while folding them.
- Roast them on tawa and serve hot.
