Whole-wheat flour   80 gms.
Oil   05 gms.
Water to knead    
Portions per serving: 1 for chapati, 2 for phulka    


  • Mix whole-wheat flour and roasted flaxseed powder, make the dough.
  • Knead the dough and portion out into 2 equal sized balls.
  • Roll the chapattis or phulkas and use oil while folding them.
  • Roast them on tawa and serve hot.
