Description

Lie down on the bench in a way that your legs are hanging over. Hold the top of the bench with both hands over your head.

Using the muscles in your abdomen, pull your legs up to 90° and lift your hips off the bench. Hold this position for a few seconds, and slowly bring your hips down.
