Description

Stand with feet apart

Start by taking your right leg in front by a few inches. Then lunge forward over your right leg by transferring weight forward. As this happens try keeping your left toe planted allowing your knees to dip down then finally lift your left leg and place it beside the right foot. Repeat for other leg in similar way.
