Khoa (Dried whole milk) |

100 g |
Sugar |

30 g |
Cocoa |

2 tsp |
Fat |

1 tsp |
Milk |

2 tsp |

Method: |
- Mash khoa and heat in a karahi with milk for few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from fire and add sugar. Mix well.
- Cook it again on slow heat till the mixture starts leaving the sides of karahi.
- Spread half of the mixture on a greased plate.
- Add sifted cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp fat to rest of the mixture.
- Mix well and cook on slow fire for a minute.
- Spread this over the white layer and allow it to cool.
- Cut when set and serve.
