Milk |

Butter |

Maida (Flour) |

Orange |

Castor sugar |

Method: |
- Melt the butter and mix Maida (flour). Cook for 2 minutes
- Add milk and brig to boil, stirring constantly.
- Separate egg yolk from whites.
- Extract the juice of orange. Stir the juice and castor sugar in the above mixture of milk and Maida
- Allow the mixture to cool and beat the egg yolks in.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold in to the mixture.
- Put the mixture in a greased oven dish and bake 350 degree F for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated orange rind.
