Moong (Green Gram) Dal |
|
40 g |
Ghee |

Suji (Semolina) |

Khoa (Dried whole milk) |

Sugar |

Almonds |

Method: |
- Clean, wash and soak the dal overnight.
- Grind the dal to a fine paste.
- Add sugar to water and boil.
- Heat ghee, fry nuts and take out.
- Fry the dal paste and suji on low fire to a golden broen colour.
- Add koha and fry for a while.
- Add sugar syrup and cook till the mixture becomes dry.
- Remove from fire and serve hot, garnished with fried nuts.
