Milk |

500 ml |
Rice |

20 g |
Sugar |

4 tsp |
Almond |
|
4 |
Kewra essence |
|
2 drops |

|
Method: |
- Soak the rice for 1-2 hours in water.
- Drain excess water and grind the rice with cold milk in the liquidizer. Add rest of the milk (cold).
- Cook this mixture with constant stirring till it becomes creamy.
- Add sugar and give one boil. Remove from fire.
- Add drops of kewra essence.
- Put the mixture in fridge to set.
- Serve garnished with shredded almonds.
