Potato |

250 g |
Ghee |

20 g |
Sugar |

Almonds |

Green cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi) |

Method: |
- Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel and mash properly.
- Heat ghee, add mashed potatoes and cook with constant stirring.
- Add sugar and continue cooking till the mixture starts leaving the sides of karahi.
- Add raisins and cardamom powder.
- Mix half of the chopped nuts.
- Remove the halwa from fire.
- Garnish with rest of the nuts and serve.
