For orange sauce: |

Orange juice |

Corn flour |

Method: |
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
- Sieve flour and baking powder.
- Add beaten egg and flour to this creamed mixture and stir in the orange juice and rind. Mix properly.
- Spread orange marmalade at the bottom of a greased mould and pour the pudding mixture above it.
- Cover it and steam in boiling water for an hour.
- Cool, un-mould and serve with orange sauce.
- To make orange sauce, prepare a paste of corn flour using little water.
- Add the orange juice to it and cook stirring constantly till it is thickened. Stir in butter and sauce is ready.
