Method: |
- Peel and core the apple.
- Mix cinnamon, sugar and water. Boil.
- Place apple in syrup and simmer till tender.
- Serve the apples with syrup poured over it along with the custard.
- To prepare custard, heat milk and add sugar. Make it boil.
- Make a paste of custard powder with some water.
- Gradually add this paste to boiled milk.
- Heat again for a few minutes. The custard is ready.
