250 g (1/4 chicken) (breast and leg portion)) |

Vinegar |

Corn flour |

For garnishing: |

Method: |
- Marinate the chicken with salt and vinegar for 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat 2 tsp fat in frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until evenly browned.
- For making sauce, chop tomatoes, carrots and onion and boil in sufficient water (1/4 cup) till done. Blend in liquidizer. Strain through a sieve.
- Brown corn flour in 1 tsp of fat and add the above sauce and cook till thick.
- Add garlic juice and cumin seed powder to the sauce.
- Pour the sauce on to the fried chicken.
- Garnish with dessicated coconut and coriander leaves.
