Rice |

Method: |
- Heat the ghee, add cinnamon and cloves and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the rice and stir for a few minutes.
- Add the boiled beans, the paste and salt and 4 cups of warm water and mix well.
- Transfer to an earthen pot. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200º C (400° F) for 30 minutes till the rice is done.
- Serve hot.
