Prep Time Cook Time Serves



Fresh carrot   200g
Beetroot   100g
Ginger   1/4 inch piece
Honey   1/2 tsp
Salt   a pinch
Palm sugar   2 tsp


  • Wash carrots in warm water. Remove top and tail portion and cut into big pieces.
  • Scrape thin skin from beetroot and cut into convenient sized pieces.
  • First put peeled ginger into the extractor and follow with other vegetables.
  • Mix other ingredients to the juice. Serve in a small glass topped with crushed ice.
